Digital Workshops are a family run business who believe in building relationships with their clients to create long term partnerships.  We have an excellent record of retaining clients.  We work with our client base to develop their computer skills and knowledge so they are confident with the technology  they use.  We act as their IT department, identifying and investigating technologies on their behalf, so they can concentrate on their own businesses.  Many of our clients use us to support both their computer systems, their telephone systems and to liaise with third parties such as telecoms providers.

On a day-to-day basis we are available to provide support for hardware and software, including specialist software relating to specific business sectors.  We actively support Microsoft Server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange server and Microsoft Sharepoint server.  We can offer support for single site, single servers through to multiple servers and multiple sites, linked together through the Internet, for virtual servers and private or public cloud servers and services.

We offer support by telephone and remote access via Internet connection, or by site visits when appropriate.

We also offer a server monitoring service to spot problems and take appropriate action before they cause business problems.  This service also includes applying server operating system and server application updates,  making it easier to run your own server and lowering the total cost of ownership.

We offer support for mobile and out-of-office workers, including remote access to data and links to the company telephone system by VoIP.

Our support charges are based on a pay-as-you-go model and fixed cost for major projects such as server installations and upgrades and telephone system installations.
