Digital Workshops work with charities to help keep the cost of investing in technology as low as possible and keep on going costs down with our pay-as-you-go support. We have a proven track record of reducing the costs of telecommunications equipment, telephone lines, broadband, computer equipment and IT support .  We also work with other local companies to supply skills such as web site development and a social media presence.


On behalf of eligible charities,  we have specified and obtained technology products for charities  from the Charity Technology Trust and it's partners, such as Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco.  

As well as Server and Desktop operating system software, application software such as Microsoft Office and security software, the charity donation program also includes hardware products such as network switches, broadband routers, wireless equipment and hardware firewalls. Charities pay only an administration fee and can pay as little as 4% the cost of the retail products.

We are happy to advise you on how to apply for the scheme and project manage purchases.  We are happy to work with your current IT support - we can supply high level support for Windows Server Operating systems, Exchange Server and Sharepoint Server.  For smaller charities, who may not be eligible for the official scheme, we are often able to supply donated hardware and software from business customers who are upgrading.
